Celebrate the arrival of 2026 with our exclusive New Year's Eve Gala. A magical evening that combines haute cuisine and quality entertainment. The €100 gourmet menu begins with scallop, purple potato cream and coral mayonnaise, followed by a refined trio of marinated seafood: salmon, swordfish and tuna with their paired sauces. It continues with codfish tempura, pan brioche and three-tomato sauce, a delicate lobster risotto with its bisque and lime, and a sea bass fillet with sautéed turnip tops and tobacco reduction. Dessert is a ricotta and lemon tart with roasted apples and zabaione. The evening will be accompanied by the refined sax notes of Alessandro Scala from midnight and DJ set with Phil G.
